ugh…
Weekend of bad eating and no CrossFit. I did spend Saturday doing yard work & helping Adam cut down an apple tree, which involved hauling heavy things over short distances. 20 Burpees total for the whole weekend.
Eating was awful, lots of crap, soda (which I NEVER drink) and too many carbs to even think about. Back on track today. I have got to refocus. I’ve been feeling really awful lately and it coincides with my fall off the zone wagon.
