Bad weekend of eating & drinking too many margarita’s.  Back on track (for the most part) today.  I’ve got to make a conscious effort to keep my blocks down and my calories around 1,400 - 1,500/day.

TOTAL BLOCKS: 12P/9.5C/15F (calories =1,800)

Breakfast: 4P/1.5C/4F

Soy milk

4 egg white omelet with feta & broccoli

12 almonds

Lunch: 3P/2C/3F

2 soy patties, cheddar cheese

1 flour tortilla

9 almonds

Snack: 1P/2C/3F

1 cheese stick

1 pancake w/ pecans & a touch of maple syrup (bad, bad, I know)

Dinner: 3P/3C/3F

Eggplant, zucchini, ricotta, egg & mozzarella bake with marinara sauce

Snack: 1P/1C/2F

Soy milk

peanut butter (1tsp.)
