TOTAL BLOCKS: 12P/10C/16F (Total calories = 1,850 - TOO HIGH!)

Breakfast: 4P/1.5C/4F

Soy milk

4 egg white omelet with feta & broccoli

12 almonds

Lunch: 3P/0.5C/3F

Veggie burger, cheese

Salad

1/16c. sunflower seeds (not sure on the block count with this)

Snack: 1P/1C/1F

Cheese stick

1/2 apple

3 almonds

Dinner: 3P/6C/6F (guesstimate)

Sesame bagel w/ cream cheese

Caramel latte w/ whipped cream

Raspberry gelato

Snack: 1P/1C/2F

Soy milk

Peanut butter (1 tsp.) - Just found out that palm oil is BAD, have to find some more natural peanut butter going forward.

Exercise: CrossFit.com WOD (back squats + warm-up)
