Dairy
Okay, so I keep hearing that dairy is bad for you. I hate the idea of this and have been ignoring it for awhile b/c it’s going to be very hard for me to give up dairy. I mean, seriously, how many meals can have eggs as the main protein source?
However, starting next week, I am going to make a conscious effort to not eat cheese with EVERY meal/snack like I do now. :)
