Soy milk

2 soy patties, cheese

1 flour tortilla

12 almonds

Lunch: 3P/0.5C/3F

Veggie burger, cheese

Salad

1/8c. sunflower seeds (salted)

Snack: 1P/1C/6F

Cheese stick

1/2 apple

3 tsp. peanut butter

Dinner: 1P/6C/3F (CHEAT MEAL)

Sushi (veggie roll & tofu roll) about 20 pieces (10 roll was actually cut into 14 pieces)


CF Invictus WOD (6.11.09) -

Rounds of 15, 12, 9, 6 and 3 reps for time of:
Knees to Elbows (sub knees to chest)
Pull-Ups (band-assisted/2 bands)
Kettlebell Swings, 15#
