4 egg white omelet with broccoli & feta

12 almonds

*3 oatmeal cookies @ 10AM - bad, I know!

Lunch: 3P/2C/3F

Veggie burger, cheese

1 flour tortilla

9 almonds

Snack: 1P/1C/6F

cheese stick

1/2c. grapes

3 tsp. peanut butter

Dinner: 3P/2.5C/3F

Tofu chili

Snack: ??

2 oatmeal cookies

Exercise: CrossFit.com WOD from 6.13.09 (Walking lunges, pull-ups & sit-ups).

Subbed ring rows for pull-ups
