Breakfast: 3.5P/1C/4F

Soy milk (1/2c.)

4 egg white omelet, feta & broccoli

12 almonds

Lunch: 3P/0.5C/3F

Veggie burger, cheese

Salad

9 pecans

Snack: 1P/1C/1F

1 whole egg, boiled

1/2c. grapes

3 almonds

Dinner: 3P/2C/9F

Salad w/ 1 boiled egg, cheese, cucumbers, spinach, tomatoes, 1/4c. garbanzo beans w/ranch dressing (3tbs.)

Snack: 1P/1C/2F

Soy milk, 1c.

Peanut butter, 1tsp.


Exercise: NADA

I don’t know what the deal is!  I feel like I’m not eating a TON of food, but I’m having trouble keeping under 1,500 calories a day.  I was doing really well for awhile, but I get sick of eating the same thing every day (even though I pretty much do that now, anyways).  I’m guessing this is why I’m not dropping weight like I’d like to.  I can definitely see my body composition change as I add more muscle, but I’d really like to lean out as well.  UGH!
