Veggie burger, cheese

Salad

1 whole egg, boiled

1/2c. grapes

3 pecans

Dinner: 3P/3C/3F

Eggplant & Zucchini bake

(includes ricotta, mozzarella, marinara sauce, onion, egg)

Snack: 1P/1C/2F

Soy milk (1c.)

Peanut butter (1 tsp.)

Exercise: CFHQ WOD from 6.17.09 (Hang Power Snatches) - just practice.

AM workout - Run 5K with Lucy (my dog)

PM - pilates dvd, ring rows, & snatches
