Soy milk

Veggie burger, cheese

Salad, fruit salad

3 almonds in fruit salad

Snack: 1P/1C/2F

1 whole egg, boiled

1/2 apple

1 tsp. peanut butter (natural)

Dinner: 3P/4.5C/3F

Tofu chili, 6 saltine crackers

Snack: 1P/1C/1F

Soy milk

3 pecans

*Tried to fast today since it was a weekend of bad eating, but I felt nauseated and had a headache this morning, so I decided to go ahead and eat lunch.  It definitely made me feel better.
