Breakfast: 3.5P/3C/3F

Soy milk (1/2c.)

2 soy patties, cheese

1 flour tortilla

6 pecans (12 halves)

Lunch: 3P/0.5C/1.5F

Veggie burger, cheese

Salad (green leaf lettuce & spinach)

6 pecan halves

Snack: 1P/1C/2F

1 whole egg, boiled

1/2 apple

1tsp. natural peanut butter

Dinner: 3P/2.5C/3F

Tofu chili

Exercise:

AM - 30 min. run w/ Lucy (my boxer)

15 min. walk w/ Oscar (my other boxer)
