Focus -
Well, this weekend was a bit of a wake-up call for me. Felt horrible, drank too much, ate too much crap. I have decided to focus on my nutrition and cut out the alcohol.
I’ve been eating good today so far, few carbs and no junk. I want to keep this up and cut out my “weekend o’cheat meals” tradition that I’ve started the past few months. It has gotten increasingly worse, so it’s time to take a step back and re-evaluate.
