Lunch: 3P/3C/3F

Cheese

Tortilla, 1/2c. salsa

3 tbs. avocado

Snack: 1P/1C/2F

1 hard-boiled egg

1/2 apple

1tsp. peanut butter

Dinner: 3P/2.5C/2F

Feta, 2 hard-boiled eggs

Salad (Romaine & spinach) w/ strawberries & 1 tsp. honey

2tbs. avocado

Run 400m

20# DB swings, 20 reps

Ring Rows, 20 reps

*Miserable showing - ate too soon before workout and paid for it.
